2blokki home S

Design and implementation of three two-module cottages in the Central Bohemia region for a corporate customer. The shape of the buildings is based on the typical variant 2blokki home S, but the interior space was designed individually. The assignment was a construction of three small buildings to be used commercially for short-term accommodation. We have designed two types of buildings, each with a built-up area of 70m² differing in the floor plan. Option 1 (A and B) has an interior space divided into four studios with separate entrances and a private bathroom. 2nd variant (C) has an interior divided into two parts – 2 apartments equipped with a bathroom, a bedroom, and a small living room with a kitchenette.
