Why is this 3blokki home C so atypical? It's unique thanks to its facade with white-grey silicate plastering. The new building for permanent housing is placed in a location where the territorial plan prevented from installation of a wood-paneled facade. The Interior space for living is 80m². It consists of 2 bedrooms, a dressing room, living room, bathroom with a shower and a bath, and also a separate toilet. Heating is underfloor and electrical complemented by a fireplace stove. The windows are insulating with triple glazing and are screened with external blinds.
